- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

4. Demo Submissions
When you submit a demo, you consent to Jigar Studio storing and reviewing the submitted material and associated contact details solely for the purpose of evaluating it for potential release or collaboration. We do not use unsolicited demo material for any commercial purpose unless we contact you separately and enter into a written agreement. Demos we decide not to pursue may be retained for a limited period for internal reference and then deleted; you may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Distribution and streaming partners (e.g. music distributors, DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) to release and administer catalogue titles under artist agreements.
- Royalty collection societies and publishers, where relevant to an artist’s agreement.
- Payment processors and banks, to process artist and collaborator payments.
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) where necessary for business or contractual purposes.
- Analytics and hosting providers that support our website’s operation.
Where data is transferred outside India (e.g. to international distribution or streaming partners), we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely and in line with applicable data protection standards.
6. Data Retention
Contact form and demo submission data is retained only as long as necessary to evaluate the submission or respond to your enquiry, typically no longer than 24 months unless we proceed with a collaboration. Artist and financial records connected to release agreements are retained as required under Indian tax and contract law (generally a minimum of 6–8 years).
